The heart of Downtown Troy.
Clark House Hospitality is a collective of restaurant, retail, and private event spaces obsessed with creating quality experiences between people, food, and drink.
The company was named after the Clark House building in which it resides, which opened as a hotel in 1874. The first of the businesses to open was the Lucas Confectionery wine bar, which opened in November of 2012. Soon following, The Grocery made its debut in May of 2013 in the area that is the current little pecks area and Donna’s pizza kitchen area. In January of 2015, Peck’s Arcade opened in the 217 Broadway space. The Grocery was phased out during the summer/fall of 2015 to make way for the opening of little pecks in June 2016. Later in 2016, Donna’s Italian opened its original location on 14th Street up the hill, and was established from December 2016-May 2017.
At the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic shutdown, Peck’s Arcade held its final service on March 14, 2020. During the time of the shutdown, Lucas Confectionery took a hiatus, however, little pecks remained open daily. The Grocery made a comeback during the pandemic and was open daily in tandem with little pecks. Donna’s is now a permanent replacement to Peck’s Arcade, and is open regularly with little pecks and Lucas Confectionery.
